Our peaches have gotten better every week. Here's a peach salsa you should try, maybe this weekend!! Your guest will love it!
4 ripe, firm peaches, peeled and chopped
1 cup, chopped green onions
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
2 tbs. chopped fresh cilantro
2 tbs. lime juice
1/4 cup finely chopped yellow bell pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped orange bell pepper
In a chilled, non-metal bowl, gently stir together all ingredients and cover. Refrigerate 90 minutes before serving.
